Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This agreement is concluded between Caretta Digital OÜ (the “Company”) and the person visiting the platform and/or purchasing the service (the “User”), and governs use of the telecommunications and digital services (“Service” or “eSIM”) offered on the Carettago.com platform. By making any transaction on Carettago.com, the User declares that they irrevocably accept all terms of this agreement.
1. Parties and Scope
This agreement is concluded between Caretta Digital OÜ, established and operating under the laws of Estonia (the “Company”), and the person visiting the platform and/or purchasing the service (the “User”), in order to regulate the terms of use for the telecommunications and digital services (“Service” or “eSIM”) offered on the Carettago.com platform.
2. Definition and Nature of the Service
The Company provides the User with digital eSIM profiles that supply prepaid data plans for compatible mobile devices. The Service is a digital telecommunications product that does not involve physical delivery. The Company acts as an intermediary between wholesale network operators and the User.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% suitable for a specific purpose.
- Network dependency and coverage area: eSIM data connectivity depends on the infrastructure of local telecommunications operators in the respective country. The Company cannot be held liable for connection issues resulting from network outages, cell tower failures, geographical obstacles, or infrastructural limitations of local operators.
- Liability cap: In the event of any dispute, the maximum and total financial liability of the Company towards the User is strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific eSIM plan subject to the dispute. The User cannot claim additional compensation for data loss, loss of profit, or any indirect damages.
- Third-party actions: The Company cannot be held responsible for failure to provide the Service as a result of the actions of local GSM operators or governments (access blockages, censorship, etc.).
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Right of Withdrawal
Because eSIM profiles are digital content delivered instantly, they are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal from the moment of delivery. A limited set of exceptions, and the conditions and deductions that apply, are set out in full in our Refund Policy — please read it before purchasing.
5. User Obligations
The User may not use the eSIM service for illegal activities, spamming, fraud, or actions that threaten network security. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the User’s service without prior notice and without issuing a refund the moment it detects such usage (or the abuse of hotspot/tethering limits).
6. Force Majeure
All situations beyond the reasonable control of the Company — such as cyberattacks, infrastructure collapses, wholesale providers halting service, natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, pandemics, and sudden changes in telecommunications legislation — are considered force majeure. In cases of force majeure, the Company’s obligations are suspended.
7. Applicable Law and Competent Court
The laws of the Republic of Estonia shall exclusively apply to the interpretation and implementation of this agreement and the resolution of any disputes that may arise. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn, Estonia) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The User agrees that they irrevocably waive the jurisdiction of all other judicial authorities, including the courts of their own country.
